We strive to bring our contribution in various ways, whether it is financially or non-financially. With your support, we are able to help people in need, preserve what mother nature gave us and above all we help the Mauritian community in Canada by providing our help and support.
Mauritius Scholarship Fund
University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
This fund was established in 2021 by the Canada Mauritius Cultural Association (CMCA) in Ottawa to enable students from the Mauritian community experiencing financial difficulty to continue their studies at the University of Ottawa.
To provide financial assistance to deserving students enrolled in an undergraduate program at the University of Ottawa who are involved in the Mauritian community.
Reef restoration
NEW REEF has been established with the aim to sensitize and promote active and passive restoration of the reef ecosystem around Mauritius. NEW REEF is coming forward with an Innovative and sustainable Reef Restoration Program.
We are super proud to join them on this amazing journey by contributing to their project, with the funds we have crowdfund on the GoFundMe platform (Mauritius Oil Spill -Official Canada funding).
As a member of our association, you can visit them and see their work when you are in Mauritius.
